Certifications
We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company with extensive experience
in the standards for proper machining
techniques. Our staff is experienced in all areas of quality control and
understand mathematical integration, gauge reading, print identifying and
tolerances, CNC control and programming and on site safety.
Inspection Equipment
Solmac continuously invests in high tech inspection
equipment. We are committed to meeting and exceeding precision CNC machining
and other machining standards for ultimate part
accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Our inspection
equipment includes (short overview):
- Brown & Sharpe CMM: 18” x 24” x 18”
worktable
- Starlite GX Vision System
- Mitutoyo SJ -201 suftest
- Variuos Gage Blocks, Pingages, thread gages etc.
- Micrometers 0-16”: incl. blade, pitch etc
- Various Digital Calipers 0- 50”
We continuously strive to increase our expertise in
precision machining and make incremental improvements in our quality system to
ensure premier quality and service to
our customers.
First article inspection at the beginning of every operation, in-process inspection throughout
every run, and final inspection before
shipping ensures that our customers receive high quality parts every time. Our measuring
equipment including Brown & Sharpe CMM and various measuring devices
are calibrated against NIST traceable standards.
