With our Mazak
VTC300C CNC Mill we are able to provide high quality machining with full 4 axis capabilities in a
68”x30”x26” work envelope. Optional
high-pressure thru-spindle-coolant allows us to efficiently drill deep holes even in materials such as
stainless steel and inconel. We are experienced in machining various shapes of
castings, as well as tube sheet drilling and 3D milling.
Our milling equipment includes:
- ’07. Mazak VTC300C: 4 axis, 65” x 30” x 26”
worktable, thru coolant, full 4th axis
- ’10. Mazak VCN510C: 4 axis, 40” x 20” x 20” worktable,
1000psi thru coolant
